Craft beer has absolutely exploded in the US over the last 10 years. Every city of any size now has multiple local craft beer options. It seems everyone with a decent home brew recipe is starting a new brewery. With all the interest in starting craft breweries, there is a decent chance that you will get approached by someone that wants to open a brewery about what they need to do. Even if you don’t know any budding brewers, there is a good chance one of your clients could be in business with a brewery or wholesaler. Having a general understanding of the regulatory environment will help you deal with these types of clients and will also give you a new appreciation for your local brewery.
OUTKICK CLE EXCLUSIVE: this hour of CLE includes a real brewery tour. We take you behind the scenes so you can see what a actual manufacturing facility looks like and so you have some context for the regulations in play. This, as far as we know, is the world’s first ever CLE that also includes a brewery tour. You’re welcome.
To increase the educational quality of this hour, we recommend enjoying a fine craft beer while you watch it. Drinking a craft beer provides important context to the material of this presentation and we encourage everyone to participate.
