Turner Sports handles sports programming for TBS, TNT, TruTV and the NBA’s TV network NBA TV. Turner Sports also operates popular digital media outlets such as Bleacher Report,,, the March Madness Live apps, and Turner Sports’ TV rights packages include the NBA, Major League Baseball, NCAA March Madness and the PGA Championship. This CLE will discuss the changing landscape of sports media, the business and legal concerns of businesses that are increasingly competing in a digital world, and the differences between private practice and an in-house job in general.
